Tara Jebens-Singh is a nationally certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor and is a Registered Yoga Teacher with YogaAlliance. She has been teaching fitness classes almost twenty years, currently at Roseville Community Education and to various private groups. She is an energetic and knowledgeable instructor who creates a safe, accessible and fun atmosphere. Tara teaches the following classes: Fitness Yoga,Silver Sneakers I, II and YogaStretch, Senior Fitness, Balance Training, Tai Chi, Stretch and Relaxation, Free Weight Training, Boot Camp,and Beginner Runner’s Club. She was named Silver Sneakers Teacher of the Year in 2006.
Tara also works with individuals in their homes to create personalized conditioning programs. She helps clients adopt safe, fun and effective exercise routines. Tara has successfully led clients to achieve the goals of weight loss; lowered cholesterol levels and blood pressure; increased strength and mobility following hip and knee replacements; and improved strength, speed, endurance and overall athletic performance.
Tara is a fitness resource to active adults throughout Roseville. She provides motivational and educational fitness related talks and workshops to community groups. She also creates and facilitates fitness orientations for residential facilities.
