I'm a busy Mom of two and a runner who is passionate about helping my clients acheive their health and fitness goals. I love working with older adults but am especially interested in helping new Moms get back into fitness after having children. I train clients at a Personal Training gym but am also making house calls, specifically for MOMS. I am pretty well versed in nutrition and can help get clients on track in that regard as well.
