I help clients of all ages and abilities lose fat, build muscle, and increase flexibility, agility, balance, and overall well-being. Drawing from over a decade's experience with resistance training, I design workouts that are safe, effective, and fun. My specialties include: * Traditional Weight Room Technique (Free Weights, Machines, Bands, etc.) * Body Leverage Training (Body Weight Only Exercise) * TRX (Suspension Training) * Nutrition * Cycling The first session is free whether you care to continue training or not. My rates vary by location but are competitive with any gym in town. I see most of my clients through the UA Campus Recreation Center and Mid-Valley Athletic Club but am also available for workouts at home, the office, or at a local park.
