My name is Francine Sandoval. I have a passion for fitness and wellness. I have 7 years of personal training experience with a B.A. in Psychology and a Master's in Social Work. I believe in the health of the whole person. I enjoy instruction in Zumba, circuit training, weight training, yoga, high intensity interval training and a variety of exercises to meet fitness goals.
