I recently graduated from Texas A&M - Corpus Christi with a degree in Exercise Science. While attending school I also was a member of the Islander baseball team from 2005-2007. Fitness and nutrition became a passion of mine at an early age. This passion is derived from both competing in athletics and growing up with parents who have disabilities. I have always been involved in sports and when I got to the Division 1 college level, I found that I needed an extra edge... functional training gave me that edge! Both of my parents have disabilities in which exercise has dramatically increased their quality of life. My desire for helping others reach their fitness goals is a result of these life experiences. I enjoy Personal Training simply for the satisfaction I receive from helping others feel better about themselves and live a longer, healthier life.
