I started out in the fitness industry as a group ex. instructor - which I still am doing today. I have taught aerobics, water aerobics, Step, stretch & tone, sculpting, yoga and corporate wellness classes. I went back to school a few years ago to get my Associates of Health & Ex. Science. I now do corporate classes, Personal training in a gym, and own my own Personal Training business. (In Home training). I feel all a client really needs to become a healthier individual is someone that can motivate and believe in them. I don't like to hear "I Can't" because we all CAN! We just need to find who we are and what we want. My motto is to build better bodies inside and out.
