I am a law enforcement officer who previously worked with special populations (cardiac, pulmonary and pregnant/post partum client) and I also have a very strong background working with young female athletes to improve their strength and agility. I don’t currently take clients but would be happy to assist women who are preparing for a law enforcement, military or firefighter PFT! Females have to take a unique approach to preparing for these tests and I have taken a dozen of them over the years.
