Growing up I struggled being overweight. Although I had a great passion for physical education I did not pursue my childhood goal. As a business professional and enjoying my career I was still not satisfied professionally. With the great support of my family and friends I returned to study and become certified as a Group Fitness Instructor. What an accomplishment! Now, at the end of the day, if I have brought knowledge, fun, and a sense of accomplishment for any individual I come in contact with I feel as though I have done my job. My future goals are to become a personal trainer, weight management, motivate and teach anyone from age 1 to 99 to stay active. Stay strong, and imagine the what the mind and body is able to accomplish.
