Mom to 8 kids means "never a dull moment" in my world! I became a Trainer at Spa Lady in 1980, while attending George Mason University. I'm 50 now & still going strong. I've power-lifted & entered figure competitions, Trained Trainers as a Fitness Director at Sport & Health for 5 years & of course had the joy of seeing my own clients successes! I am TRX certified and Zumba liscenced, I teach a private school PE class once a week and I've completed training as an EMT Basic Emergency Response provider. My passion is helping others improve their lives and reach their fitness goals & that's what keeps me motivated to be my personal best!
