I hold a Bacheolor's Degree in Exercise Science and a second Bacholer's Degree in Nursing. I also have a background in Athletic Training. I am a 7th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo, a Master Instructor and have owned a martial arts school for over 20 years. My experience as a martial arts professional, my educational background and my clinical experience as a nurse makes me highly qualified to assist people in developing and implementing disease prevention and management programs.
