I have taken many collegiate nutrition science courses and was recently certified as a health coach through the American Council on Exercise. I have my own practice in NC as well as digital coaching the Coach.Me. I am excited to see how my passion for a healthier lifestyle can help others find more balance and wellness in theirs. I spend most of my free time learning about nutrition and holistic healing. When I'm not doing that I'm either at a park practicing yoga or in the kitchen working out a new recipe. It never ceases to amaze me how happy and accomplished I feel after a good yoga session and the successful completion of a new recipe!
