Hello friends!! My name is Sarah and I'm originally from Celebration, Florida which is 10 minutes outside of Disney World where I sang for 10 years. I moved to New York City to pursue my passion of musical theatre and television and found a new and even more fulfilling career along the way. I've been teaching Barre since June 2015 at a beautiful boutique gym on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. My fitness instructor journey has only just begun, I can't wait to see where it takes me!
