About
I have always had a great interest in physical fitness and how it can impact overall health and wellness. My undergraduate degrees are in Biology and Psychology and I hold a Masters in Teaching. I am a teacher, and educating others is my passion. I hope to bring that passion, along with my knowledge, to my clients in order to help them lead a better life. I plan to start out working with the general population of clients and would eventually like to specialize in post-rehab and other medically special groups.
