I have been a runner all my life. I've completed numerous half-marathons, 10mile races, 10ks and 5ks, and most recently completed my first triathlon. I love the competition, but also appreciate the quiet morning run. I have a passion for women's health and fitness. I am newly certified, but a veteran to staying fit and living an active lifestyle. With a background in public health, I approach physical fitness not only for sport-specific performance, but also functional performance to enable you to live a better quality of life.
