New to the industry but not new to fitness. 15+ years of ballet, 20+ years of group fitness classes, , 8 years of Equestrian Riding and competing. I am know stranger to hard work and doing what it takes to get the job done. I have been assisting friends and family for more then 8 years with fitness goals. My Mission is simple.
