Hi! I'm an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I have NETA Specialty Certifications in Yoga, HIIT/YOGA Combo & Boot Camp. I also have a Schwinn Cycling Certification & instruct group cycle (Spin Class). I am currently offering Yoga & Chair Yoga classes for individuals, older adults, small groups, large groups - whatever fits your needs! My true passion is running & I have run several half marathons (my favorite) & I am training for 4th full marathon.
