I am a fire service Instructor and have been a Chief level fire officer for 12 years. I am a veteran of the Firefighter Combat Challenge, competing since 2002 and am strong proponent of fitness for the fire ground and in the fire service. I primarily train firefighters and first responders in functional or tactical fitness but can adapt my training for most people to help them mix up their programs. I prefer body-weight movements with little to no equipment and running / climbing stairs.
