I found my passion for fitness my junior year of high school in 2004. I joined the swim team for my high school that year. During my time as a swimmer I noticed that I was lacking something to better myself in the sport of swimming. So I turned to my cousion Victor Munoz, a well known trainer in New York City. He has trained many athletes and pro body builders. He showed me what muscle groups I would need to focus on. Later that year after 6 months of strength training I became faster in my butterfly swim. After that I continued in the fitness path and learned more through my cousin. In 2008 I became a certified personal trainer and moved to Tampa. Where i begin my training journey with my brothers Marco and Luis Echeverry. I joined them to help build a personal training company now known as Driven Health & Fitness located in South Tampa. I had the opportunity to train a variety of clients such as athletes, WWE wrestlers, and different fitness levels from beginners to intermediate, and also to advanced. In 2011 I then felt like there was more I could do for my clients. I wanted to learn more to better myself and benefit my clients. I told myself what else can i do to advance my clients fitness and safety. I decided to further my education with massage therapy. After finishing massage school I was able to implement massage to help my clients recover faster and help with their muscle imbalance. I believe that living a healthy life helps bring postivity and more importantly in using all available sources to accomplish that goal.
