Hi! My name is Kristi and I am a certified ACE and Zumba instructor. I am also certified as a Health Coach and focus on working with people to change habits, behaviors and mindset. Having danced since the age of 2.5, I have always been active but struggled with my weight over the years. Being Celiac/Gluten Intolerant, I learned how to navigate GF living and have been gluten free for the last 9 years. This has made a tremendous difference in my life! I do want you to know that I am human and not perfect. I love helping others in any way I can and have a huge compassion for people who are challenged with getting active, making changes stick, digestion, and anyone who has started at square one over and over again.
