As an ACE-certified Group Fitness Instructor, I am especially attentive to ensuring everyone in my classes exercises safely, with proper form, and for their best health benefit. I offer a variety of formats, including Pound(R), Mossa(R) Power/Strength Train Together, Zumba(R) Fitness, Zumba(R) Toning, and Zumba(R) Step. Classes of my own creation include "Fitness Mix" and "Strength & Stretch," which are both appropriate for a range of ages and fitness levels. My classes are available at the Helena Family YMCA in beautiful Helena, Montana.
