I am an Active Duty LT in the United States Navy. I have been associated with fitness my entire life. Prior to joining the US Navy, I was a year round athlete competing in Baseball, Football, and a successful amateur wrestling career. At 18, I enlisted in the US Navy and took fitness to a whole new level becoming a Surface Rescue Swimmer and a member of the Elite Navy Riverines. I have been active duty for 13 years. Currently, I am the Command Fitness Leader for my host command. The summer of 2013 I was able to realize my dream of opening my own gym and offering my background in fitness to the general public. I love teaching and coaching fitness and health to like minded individuals!
