Cory Baker, Co-owner of Fitness 215, Cory prides himself on not just preaching health and fitness, but in living it himself. A student athlete (baseball) of Grand Valley State University Cory received his degree in Exercise Science. His next step was working in the realm of physical therapy as an aid where his knowledge of the body and injury prevention and rehabilitation grew. His past, paired with his Personal Training Certification through The American Council on Exercise has made him the well rounded and passionate Trainer he is today.
