I am a certified personal trainer with a huge passion for fitness. I graduated from High Point University with a B.S. In Exercise Science. While attending the university I worked as a group exercise instructor, where I taught two fun and popular classes that focused on core conditioning and high intensity training. I now work in the greater New York City region as a personal trainer where I help my clients work towards their fitness goals through functional training, program design, teaching them how to perform the exercises safely and effectively, as well as educating my clients on what they are doing, why they are doing it. I make sure they have an understanding on what we are working on and what it will do for them.
