Rose excels in motivating people in the areas of wellness, weight loss, endurance, flexibility and strength training and bodybuilding.Rose is currently training with the massage institute of cape cod and knows the importance of muscle recovery as well as the tranquility and peace of mind to stay balanced in a busy world.
