About
Retiring as a Naval Officer after 20 years has taught me a great deal about leadership and the challenges that one faces in a demanding career to stay fit. My goal is to help others do the same while minimizing chances of injury and loss of motivation. I currently operate out of the OneLife Fitness facility on Virginia Beach Boulevard; you do not have to be a member to take advantage of the Joining Forces Training offer.
