Since my initial ACE certification in 1997, I have worked with a variety of populations, both military and civilian. I've been rewarded countless times with the success of my clients in improving their fitness and subsequently their overall lives. I have found a rewarding niche, providing a variety of fitness services in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, to include state of the art fitness assessments using the MICROFIT HealthWizard integrated hardware/software testing system. As an independent representative for MICROFIT, I also install these systems and train staff members how to use them proficiently. I look forward to meeting new people and providing testing, fitness training and fitness counseling services which enhance peoples lives.
