I have been in the Fitness industry in the last 15 years. I enjoy helping mentoring people in their fitness endeavors. It's silly to say my specialty but it's getting people moving and improving what they already have. I believe that the best exercise is something that people will actually do whether with a trainer or by themselves. My philosophy on fitness is simple, people should do what their body is design to do which is move and not overeat.
