I grew up in Mt. Pleasant, SC and was co-owner of Fitness Now, the town’s first one-on-one personal training and sports medicine facility, for 8 years. I am a Senior Fitness Specialist and am certified in pre and post-natal fitness. With my passion for fitness, health and my desire to help others, I have assisted many in achieving their personal goals, which is very rewarding. I enjoy working with people, whether it is helping someone lose weight, get into shape, or simply have the strength to accomplish every day activities. When I am not at the gym, I am a real estate agent/consultant for Coldwell Banker United. I am also a Certified Negotiations Specialist which is great when it comes to guiding my clients in the sale of their home or in the purchase of their dream home. My other interests include leading a high school girls group at church, paddle boarding, being outdoors, and spending time with my family and friends.
