Cara is the founder of The Bridging® Institute and the Bridging® Technique. The Bridging technique used to effect long lasting changes in neuro-muscular stability. (www.BridgingTechnique.com) She holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Masters in Engineering Management from Northwestern University. She is a recognized speaker and who has been featured on local cable television as an expert on various fitness related topics including balance, strength and health.
