About
Farah has always had an intrinsic passion for nutrition & fitness and started out as a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor with CanFit Pro in Toronto, Canada. She made the transition to Southern California and earned her graduate degree with a major in Nutrition and completed her didactic training in dietetics at Loma Linda University, Loma Linda California. She has worked in clinical hospital settings, gestational diabetes programs, The Health and Wellness Center the University of California Irvine, worked in Integrative Corporate Wellness programs, and has done Health research writing. Farah is a certified Fitness Instructor with the American Council on Exercise, a member of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics, the Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine Practice Group, and is a Certified Leap Therapist. Farah is currently working as an Integrative & Functional Nutrition Dietitian.
