Health and Fitness should be a way of life. My goal is to encourage my clients to make healthy choices that they can live with. I want to create a challenging work out regimen for my clients that will keep them motivated and wanting to come back for more. I have participated in athletics my entire life and have gained a lot from preparing for athletic events. I have had experience working with children and older adults and feel that I can tailor a workout for any individual’s needs. I have trained clients with knee replacements as well as neck injuries and can find a safe and effective way for you to exercise.
