I am co-owner of Madd Swede Fitness. I am a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist and a First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor for Adult,Child and Infant. Our passion if HIIT Training. I have 18 years experience in the fitness industry and I run the spectrum of fitness from bodybuilding to rebuilding after babies or injuries. Having had a set of triplets plus one I am especially fond of helping mom's get there groove back!! I back it all up with a diploma in Nutrition.
