About

Jeff is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer, and has been partnering and working with clients between the ages of seven and eighty for over two decades. As an accomplished fitness professional he encompasses many aspects of training and motivational strategies within each personalized training program that he develops. Each program is designed to meet the individual clients goals, interests, and physical activity level. Personal fitness and fitness training has been a lifelong interest and passion of his, while at the same time he has a true understanding that each client has unique experiences including different levels of ease, or difficulty within adhering to a fitness routine and meeting or exceeding their goals. Beyond his passion and experience in varieties of strength/weight (anaerobic), functional, and balance training, Jeff is an accomplished master road and track runner and racer, who has developed many successful (Aerobic/Cardio) programs such as “Walk, Jog, Run” programs. These programs have the capacity to take an interested client to higher levels of cardio conditioning and endurance from beginner to advanced. Jeff believes and has proven that any individual no matter what obstacles or circumstances exist within their lives has the ability to reach established goals, and improve their fitness level and quality of life. These goals are accomplished with the clients desire to work towards, and an experienced and knowledgeable trainer who accompanies the client in continuous improvement, and achieving a higher level of fitness. Specializing in personal training/weight management for beginners of all ages, and the older adult population (50+).
