Andre leads daily phone conference courses on eating strategies and optimizing fitness for weight loss. As a multiple fitness world record holder, and ex-Corporate Vice President who understands the working person's fitness dilemma. Andre's motivational techniques are unsurpassed for all people with busy lifestyles who seek fitness on a tight time-budget. Andre has been a fitness trainer for over twenty years (leading fitness in Sullivan County, NY for the past 15 years). He now offers "live" online fitness trainings for both individuals and groups. Andre developed his fitness and lifestyle strategies after two decades of fitness research, and the observation of over 10,000 participants in various health and fitness study groups conducted by Gary Null & Associates. These study groups researched the effects of lifestyle and aging. He is co-producer of “The Art of Health”, a nationally broadcast PBS program in addition to numerous health and fitness videos. Andre is certified as a fitness professional by the American Council on Exercise; specializing in physical activity behavior training, post-rehabilitation fitness and healthy lifestyle diet counseling. He holds a Guinness Book of World Records title for “most push-ups on the back of hands in one-minute with forty pounds of weight on the back.” He also holds the world record for “most squats in 24 hours” - 15,939 reps. Andre set the new world recrod for "most deep squats in three-minutes" on October 8th 2012 - 184 squats.
