I currently work as a dance and group exercise instructor for students grades 9-12. I have been a dance and physical education teacher since 2001 and have been in the fitness industry since 1997. I enjoy using a variety of exercise modalities in order for my clients to meet their needs and goals. Along with personal training, I also teach group fitness classes in Zumba, Turbokick, PIYO, Mat Pilates, Barre Fitness, and Vinyasa Yoga.
