I am a C.H.E.K Level 4, C.H.E.K Holistic Lifestyle Coach III, Golf Biomechanic, Certified Massage Therapist/Neuromuscular Therapist as well as Certified Intuitive Consultant. After nearly being paralyzed in physical therapy and recovering from major surgery, the guidance I received from an exercise professional while getting myself back into shape, brought me to two more additional spinal injuries. As a result I found the C.H.E.K Institute and have become a top trainer with vast understanding of biomechanical function. My book will soon be released entitled, "If Babies Did Crunches". It is my dream to educate other as to appropriate abdominal training to inprove their strength of our low spine rather than destroy it.
