Hopefully, with age comes wisdom! I am a 55 year old certified trainer, who loves working with all ages, but especially with those who are in their 40's, 50's and above. I can relate to the aches and pains of this age group, yet understand how keeping physically active and fit can improve the quality of your life! I work at the YMCA here in Orlando Florida, and I also do home training in the area. I love to have fun with my clients, while giving them a challenging yet obtainable workout. Working in peoples homes has given me great creativity that stretches beyond the normal machines that you find in a gym or fitness center. I combine weights, bands, balls, even hula hoops to give a varied and fun workout! This past summer, I coached a waterski bootcamp.
