I am a Figure and Bodybuilding Competitor in the NANBF. I have competed 13 times and placed 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th in 12 shows. I was the Novice Champion at the 2006 Southern States Classic in Liberty, MO. I have managed my severe scoliosis through weight training and stretching since I was 11 years old. Now at age 32, I manage my spinal fusion of 12 vetebrae through weight training. I love working with people who want to work hard and are self motivated. I have a two year old daughter and have learned how to get back in shape after pregnancy and make exercise a priority even while being a mom.
