I am restarting my training career after a 3 year hiatus, and have a B.S. in sports medicine with a concentration in exercise science. I believe that exercise should be fun and enjoyable, and once you find an exercise routine that you enjoy it is easy to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
I enjoy working with a variety of clients, young and old, big and small. Being a former college athlete, I especially enjoy working with athletes to help them increase their level of performance.
