About
For fifteen years Chris has been teaching people how to move while promoting his belief that if you focus on the fun the fitness will follow. He is a Schwinn Cycling Master Trainer and has offered IC trainings to hundreds of teachers in Ontario, Orlando, New York, Massachusetts, Philadelphia, Florida and he has been a cycling master trainer for over eight years. In 2005 Chris was invited to be a national Master Trainer for EFI Sport Medicine and also completed education as a resistance-training specialist. He is certified by Can Fit Pro, American Council on Exercise, and the American Academy of Health, Fitness and Rehabilitation Professionals. Chris has presented for Can-Fit-Pro, IDEA, SCW and in 2009 joined Lebert Fitness as the Director of Education.
