I have over 20 years experience as a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor and specialize in medical exercise and post-rehabilitation training. I have a master's degree in Health & Kinesiology and I am certified through ACE (CPT), Egoscue (Posture Alignment Specialist), and AAHFRP (Medical Exercise Specialist). My background also includes sports conditioning and soccer-specific skills training.
