Hi my name is Tim Kocher I'm 54 yrs. old I have been Involved with fitness for 30+ years,competed in body building and power lifting in the late 80s.I worked as a personal trainer for Blue Mountain Health sys.a hospital based gym plus have my own business.I am ACE certified in Cardiovascular, Strength and Endurance,Flexability,and Body Composition.I have the experience and resources to train those who are healthly or with health problems.Plus those who are looking to lose weight and tone up to to bulk up.
