I am an Ace Personal Trainer since 1999. I was going to retire but was asked to do group classes for Seniors at the area Park District, one day a week. The classes are Silver Sneakers Flex classes, which include aerobics, strength, flexibility, & relaxation. I did specialized in Pilates, Yoga and QiGong/TaiChi. I truly enjoy working with the Senior population since I'm a Senior too!
