I am an understanding, yet tough trainer with real life experiences that make me want to help. At the beginning, as an college athlete, my focus was on athetes (college & HS) My studies in Sports Medicine broadened. I included injury and rehab. Life brings on weight gain, even to those who know better. It also brings about special populations and other things you aren't prepaired for. I can relate to clients fitting in these areas.
