About
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Jackie moved to Los Angeles to seek out more opportunities in the fitness world. An Exercise Physiologist graduate of John Carroll University, Jackie is highly sought out for her incredible results with clients of all ages in personal training and coaching. She has held a Level 1 certificate in Crossfit since 2008 and has been an ACE certified personal trainer since 2001. What makes her unique is her ability to motivate and push clients to work past their expectations of themselves. Her passion about posture, movement, and mobility can be evidently seen in her coaching, which translates into a better quality of life for clients. Being an athlete in many sports since grade school has lead Jackie to a life of fitness. Not only did she play collegiate basketball, but she also played in the Women’s Professional Football League for 3 years, playing for the Cleveland Fusion. She currently does HIIT (High Intensity Training) 5-6 days a week, and also participates in yoga 2-4 times a week. As a coach, her hope is to continue to educate others about living a healthy lifestyle, and to inspire people to reach their goals with a healthy body, mind, and spirit.
