With over 30 years in the Health and Fitness industry I offer experience, knowledge and expertise. BS in Physical Education/Exercise Science from UMASS Amherst I have been with ACE as a Personal Trainer since 2000. Twenty years of experience as a Yoga Instructor with several populations. My expertise also includes certification in cumulative trauma disorders and ergonomics. Work history as Exercise Specialist to Manager of Wellness Services at Leesburg Regional Medical Center Leesburg, Florida. Also experienced in Cardiac Rehabilitation and was Relief Exercise Specialist at Leesburg Regional's Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Department. The past nine years I have been Fitness Director and Fitness Program Manager at Buckingham's Choice, a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Adamstown, MD. Also Balance and Mobility Specialist through FallProof/California State University, Fullerton and I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) through the Yoga Alliance and am working toward RYT 500 status. Most recent certification is Aquatic Fitness Professional through Aquatic Exercise Association that I completed in 2020. So as you can see I am multi-dimensional and multi-modal as a health and fitness expert!
