I am in my early 50's & have as a Physical Therapist worked with clients & patients for over 14 years offering modified personal training both in the home, pool or at my current fitness studio in Rockport, Massachusetts. I also spend time as a Private Physical Therapist & Personal Trainer on The Island of Palm Beach in Florida during the winter season. I hold a Doctorate Degree in Holistic Natural Health & Healing which is nutrition based & so offer nutritional counselling. I also have a background as a Health & Wellness Coach having completed a 13 week course that was affiliated with Harvard Medical School last year.
