About
The Movement Health and Fitness philosophy maximizes our strength and abilities in real life domains vs. training to master a movement dictated by a machine in an artificial environment. In the spirit of functional health and movement we will ideally train outside ~no gym and no machines. We deliver a variety of unique and functional workouts including the use of Kettlebells, bodyweight exercises and other training tools to maximize movement and the recruitment of multiple muscle groups. Our training methods are based on a process of establishing a foundation of balance, mobility, stability then building resistance, intensity and performance.
