Meredith has been working with "mature" exercisers since she coordinated the Senior Class program in her local health club in the 1990's. She continues to work with anyone seeking to improve their health and fitness, but specializes in working with individuals with special needs. She currently holds not only an ACE Personal Trainer Certification, but also a certification as a Trainer of Special Populations.
