Charlene specializes in health and fitness for women over 50 in the central ohio region. In addition to being an ACE certified personal trainer, Charlene has certification as a nutrition specialist with NFPT. Charlene has taught aqua exercise classes and was honored as an instructor with the best water fitness program in Colorado two years in a row by the United States Water Fitness Association. Charlene offers workshops for groups and has designed a Fall Prevention Workshop for seniors. Balance and muscle stability are important factors in preventing falls.
